Currently pursuing M.S. in Information Systems with a concentration in Digital Innovation from Georgia State University that has helped me understand how one can leverage technology to solve any business problem and provide a better customer experience. I now understand different algorithms in Machine learning and their use cases, topics in artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, fundamentals of redesigning Business Processes, and their implementation in ERP systems. This academic experience has equipped me to contribute at the intersection of technology and business effectively.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in all phases of solution development, engaging with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and articulating user stories. I have collaborated with multifunctional teams, facilitating user acceptance tests to ensure timely issue resolution and product enhancements while supporting the Product Owner. This versatile Agile SDLC experience helped me to understand the product better from all perspectives.

As a curious learner, I find myself captivated by products that address fundamental customer needs through the marvels of technology.
